ABOUT BAM

BAM, a leading Marketing and PR agency with a strong LinkedIn presence, needed a modern, minimalist logo for its new LinkedIn newsletter, 5 ON FUNDING. The challenge was to create a square-format logo that seamlessly integrated BAM’s brand while standing strong on its own. Additionally, I designed social media templates to ensure visual consistency across digital platforms.

THE CHALLENGE

  • Design a minimalist logo that highlights “5 ON FUNDING” while incorporating BAM’s brand identity.
  • Create engaging cover images for the weekly newsletter to maintain brand consistency.
  • Complete the full project (research, design, setup, and launch) in just 10 days.

Design process

1.Research & Strategy:

  • Analyzed LinkedIn newsletters, competitor branding, and BAM’s social media communication.
  • Identified key visual elements to maintain consistency with BAM’s identity.

2. Concept Development:

  • Created multiple typographic logo variations that maintained clarity and hierarchy.
  • Focused on a square design format with balanced proportions.
  •  

 

3. Final Execution:

  • Integrated the number “5” into “Funding”, using BAM’s red for contrast and visual balance.
  • Ensured the logo maintained legibility at small sizes across digital platforms.
  •  

Social media templates

Alongside the logo, I developed editable social media templates for BAM’s marketing team, ensuring brand consistency. Each template was designed to:

  • Highlight the interviewee, featuring their bio, amount raised, and a professional photo.
  • Maintain a clean, brand-aligned layout that could be easily updated by the team.
